As a full time Professional Martial Arts Instructor, I have learnt from the best Martial Arts Instructors who have been all over the world competing in different martial arts competitions and events. They have been teaching for over forty years in different places and with different people.

After coming back from Japan, Brazil and the United States, I decided to teach all the different styles of martial arts together in one system. The name of my school is RICO HATTINGH'S MIXED MARTIAL ARTS ACADEMY and it consists of thousands of students worldwide. We teach Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Muy-Thai, Kickboxing, Amateur wrestling, Western Boxing and Russian Sambo. We have taken the essence of every style and mixed it up to be the best overall and reality based art in the world today!
